Altima handled everything from the foundation to the final walkthrough. We always knew who to call and where things stood. The set day went off without a hitch.

Forty years of experience shows. Permitting was the part we dreaded, and they carried the whole thing for us. Move-in ready exactly when they said.

Haverhill, MA
Great communication throughout. A small delay on the driveway due to weather, but they kept us informed and made it right. Would build with them again.

How We Work
Four Steps, One Contract
- 01
Consultation
We walk your land, talk through your family's needs, and give an honest read on budget, timeline, and fit.
- 02
Design
Floor plans and finishes refined with our factory partner until the home on paper is the one you pictured.
- 03
Build
Permitting, foundation, and the crane set — then framing tie-in, mechanicals, and finish work under one contract.
- 04
Handover
Every inspection cleared through your certificate of occupancy, and the keys to a home built to last.
